At Magic Costa Blanca we know what it means to lose a loved one during a holiday, that's why we wanted to go a step further in technology, innovation and customer experience, incorporating the Foundspot platform to our accommodations. With this artificial intelligence tool, we will help to recover more easily everything that people who stay at our hotels and resorts forget or lose.

The main objective of this alliance with Foundspot is to help people staying at Magic to recover what they have lost as quickly as possible, in order to minimise the anguish felt when losing a loved one. Another objective is to help reduce the impact of the carbon footprint (circular economy). Each item that is returned to the customer is not replaced and therefore avoids the cost of producing a new one; a further step towards our commitment to the environmentally friendly environment.

How does it work?

The hotel will register through this tool an object found in less than 2 minutes and the customer, in turn, can register the lost object on the Foundspot platform. From there, the artificial intelligence tool generates matches and automatically puts the customer in contact with the hotel in case the lost object is found.

With this new service, which is already used by companies (large airlines, taxi companies, city councils...) and associations such as the Hotel Technological Institute or the Spanish Association of Hotel Managers, Magic continues to innovate to offer a new service to its customers, with the aim of ensuring that an oversight does not ruin a magical holiday.
