For yet another year, the Magic Robin Hood holiday resort, located next to Benidorm, will become the national epicentre of gaming and fun by hosting a new edition of the 'Magic Play Fest', a festival dedicated to anime, cosplay, board games and video games. The event, which will be held from 19 April to 12 May, will be completely free of charge for guests staying at the resort. It will also be open to the local public by purchasing day passes.

Millions of impacts for the Destination

It should be noted that throughout the event, the 'Magic Play Fest' will feature streamers who will showcase the Costa Blanca around the world through their live shows and publications. This year, content creators with millions of followers such as Keroro, Jackwise, Quinto Emperador, Zogoro, Megamax and Uchibros will visit Destination and stay at Magic Robin Hood Resort. The guests will generate publicity for Destiny on platforms such as TikTok, a social network where, for example, Hurona Rolera (another of the guests), has nearly 13 million followers. In addition, one of the streamers will soon announce a surprise that will be broadcast from the resort in which streamers from all over the world will participate.

The 'Magic Play Fest' will have activities for the whole family, including tournaments and demonstrations of board games and video games, cosplay contests with prizes, workshops, spectacular parades and exhibitions of sports such as softcombat (with padded weapons) and the presence of characters from well-known sagas and comics. Each week will be dedicated to a different theme:

-From April 19 to 21, board games will be the protagonists of the event, with the presence of cosplayers of the popular game 'Warhammer'.

-From the 22nd to the 28th of April, it will be the turn of Cosplay, Anime and Science Fiction.

-From April 29th to May 2nd there will be activities and entertainment by the resort's entertainment team.

-On the 3rd, 4th and 5th of May the Imperial Forces characters will arrive on the Costa Blanca with spectacular parades.

-The week of 6th to 12th May. Gaming and Softcombat will be the protagonists. With tournaments and the presence of famous cosplayers and gamers.

Both those staying at the resort and the general public will also be able to enjoy the services of the resort belonging to the Magic Costa Blanca Hotels & Resorts chain (skating rink, sports and video game areas, multi-adventure, slides and swimming pool, laser tag, restaurant areas...).
