Our hotel has been renovated according to the most demanding environmental standards, integrating solutions that support a more conscious way of inhabiting the destination.

Among the measures implemented:

-Installation of Photovoltaic Panels.

-Replacement of oil boilers with aerothermal equipment for domestic hot water generation.

-Air conditioning equipment with free heat recovery in cold mode (8 months a year) which will be reused to generate domestic hot water. Equipment with twice as much energy recovery as the previous ones.

-Enthalpic energy recovery system in ventilation systems.

-Implementation of frequency variators in all large motors/fans so that consumption is always adapted to needs.

-Energy efficiency management system in rooms (lighting and air conditioning).

-LED lighting system and presence-based management of many interior areas.

-Faucets in rooms with consumption limitation.

-New building envelope that allows an overall energy rating B.

-Implementation of monitoring systems for the air-conditioning installation in accordance with the most restrictive regulations.
