Benidorm enjoys an extraordinary climate all year round, with pleasant temperatures and many hours of sunshine practically 365 days a year. The city is surrounded by mountain formations that protect the municipality from cold fronts, as well as from most of the rain. 

Its privileged location, together with the warmth of the Mediterranean Sea, means that the city has a unique microclimate, very attractive for enjoying its accommodation and streets all year round.  

Autumn

Winter

Spring

During the spring months, average temperatures in the capital of the Costa Blanca hover around 17ºC. The sun shines on most days and rainfall is rare. The temperature of the sea water is pleasant for the bravest.

Summer

Summer is the favourite time of year for many tourists to enjoy the city. The maximum temperatures vary between 28ºC and 33ºC, being milder than in many other parts of the peninsula, so heat is no excuse to travel up to the Costa Blanca.
