We have improved our Bioscore certification, a distinction that recognises us as a company that promotes responsible and sustainable practices across all aspects of our business. This achievement is the result of our ongoing efforts to enhance our operations and services, aiming to minimise our environmental impact and promote a greener future.

What Does the Bioscore Certification Mean?

The Bioscore certification is an award given to companies that demonstrate a clear commitment to sustainability. It evaluates our efforts in key areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, the use of natural resources, and carbon footprint reduction. This certification proves that, as a hotel group, we strive not only for service excellence but also for the well-being of the planet.

This year, all our establishments on the Costa Blanca and in Gandía have improved their certification, with eight of our hotels (including Tropical Splash, BC, Rock Gardens, Magic Natura, Villa del Mar, Robin Hood, Villa Luz, and Villa Venecia) achieving an A rating. Meanwhile, Magic Cristal Park and Villa Benidorm have received a B rating, with planned renovations to further enhance their sustainability.

A Step Further Towards Sustainability

Upgrading this certification is not just an honour—it is also a renewed commitment to making our spaces more environmentally friendly. Through initiatives such as recycling, renewable energy use, and biodiversity conservation, we are laying the foundation for a more sustainable future for our guests and future generations. Additionally, we are working towards extending this certification to other accommodations such as Magic World Resort and Magic Pirates Island Resort, as well as new projects like Villa España.
